Cancellations:
Cancellation is accepted within 14 days of order for pre-made items. Commissioned items cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been received.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that differing PC/laptop/tablet screens’ display of any colour will be accurate.
Returns Policy:
Returns of standard items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return postage fee is payable by the consumer. Returns of bespoke commissioned items are not accepted.
