FAQ’S

We aim to deliver (in the UK) within 10 working days of confirmation of the details of your order.
For non-commmissioned items: Yes - if cancellations are notified to Sarah Pitt Studio, in writing, before shipment is processed.
For commissioned items: No - we do not offer refunds or cancellations on commissioned items.
Each order is rolled, packaged in a cardboard tube and sent by a courier to mainland UK postcodes. All items will require a signature on delivery.

Yes - A5 samples are available for £5 including postage.

Your backdrop will last for many years if treated well.
When your backdrop isn’t in use, lay it flat, sweep off any dust or dirt and gently, but snugly, roll it, painted side facing upwards, back onto the tube provided.
Do not allow the backdrop to get wet. If needed, use a damp cloth to carefully dab, not wipe or scrub, any small marks off.
